6 pounds pork spare ribs
water
2 cups ketchup
½ cup reconstituted lemon juice
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup prepared mustard
½ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
In large pan with cover, cook ribs in oiling water 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove ribs to grill. Grill ribs, turning and brushing frequently with sauce.
