1 package dry yeast
¼ Cup warm water
1 Cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon instant onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoon dill weed (dry)
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 ½ cups flour (un-sifted)
Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
Combine all the ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and let rise 1 hour.
Stir down dough and put in a buttered casserole, let rise 40 minutes.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt (optional)
